It's been so crazy around here, I just realized I haven't updated. If you read my blog, you already know, but there was no November show for me. You can read the post here:

Physically, I'm still battling fatigue and a lingering cough/sinus mess. I'm training 3x/week and for now, that's good enough for me. I'm hoping to add in some cardio, maybe this week. I'm not beating myself up over it. My food is good - I'm enjoying it, for sure, but I'm also not overdoing anything. My lifestyle is clean-eating, so I've got the foundation, and the taste-buds, for clean meals and snacks. I'm eating intuitively right now... if I'm hungry, I'll eat, but I'm not eating according to the clock. I will work myself back to eating every 2-3 hours, depending on my activity levels, but again - for now this is good enough for me. I'm very much enjoying time with family and friends, especially as we approach the holidays. And I'm absolutely enjoying my time in the kitchen testing recipes, developing new ones... it's such a joy! And I'm studying... I've got 18 more continuing ed credits to earn so I'm finally sucking it up and getting my personal training certification. Life is full, busy, and fulfilling. I'm happy, peaceful, and having fun.
