I met with Kayla yesterday morning and got the new plan. First, I'm up almost 2 lbs in weight, but my body fat is exactly the same, so we're ready to do a fast and hard cut. Oh my! ;-)
Workouts - we'll transition fully this week to low weight, high reps. Cardio - adding 30 minutes of steady-state fasted cardio in the mornings. (this makes 12 total cardio sessions each week, for those who are counting, lol) Dry Sauna - still at 3x/week Food... Oy! Biggest changes are here. My calories drop, and I'll be eating a lot, and I mean A LOT, of white fish. I'm also eating spinach and kale twice a day. And water... lots and lots of water. ;-) I am seeing changes. While I don't see a lot in my legs yet, my midsection is really improving. I had a bit of a challenge with my ab day... felt like I just wasn't doing it right - no burn, no fatigue. So, being me, I just kept going... instead of the scheduled 20 minutes of hard ab work, I did 40. I finally only quit because I was disgusted with myself that I wasn't hitting the muscles. Well... OUCH. I was. After my surgery to remove the loose skin and repair the abdominal wall ( ), my abs are numb off and on. Mostly around the incision site, but it can creep up above my belly button occasionally. Evidently Sunday was one of those occasions. Lol. Needless to say, the numbness is gone now and I am HURTING! Silver lining is that I got in a heck of an ab workout! LOL! June 2012 __________________ Chelle " YES!! You absolutely CAN transform your life!"
