Oh Mylanta! Two weeks out, folks!! Wooohoo! I had my posing coaching tonight and Kayla was able to join us... it was awesome! She took a pic of my back (my phone is dead, but I'll share it tomorrow) that blew me away! I had no idea my back was that... ripped! Lol! All in all, I'm feeling really confident. I got awesome feedback throughout the session (Alex also joined us, he helped me initially with the posing), and everyone feels that I'm ready. Wootwoot! Happy Dance!
We're making a few changes to my routine and food... I lost 3 lbs of muscle last week (booo!), but it's ok - no problem. I'm at 124 lbs. That's 14 lbs heavier than I was for my first show - and it's all muscle, baby! ;-) Woot! Anyway - we're adding in 5 oz of red meat midweek (in addition to my red meat on carb day), reducing my HIIT to 2x/week instead of 4, and increasing my protein each day by 10 grams. Nothing drastic, no big changes. Just little tweaks. We're looking to maintain from here out. We'll tweak my water for the show, then my diet show day is pretty set. I'm exhausted... just finished my last meal and am heading to bed. Tomorrow is carb day!
